Pine-O-Mine Ranch is a third-generation family farm in Apple Hill with deep roots in the land and a long tradition of seasonal harvests, community gatherings, and working the orchards.
The ranch was originally established by Paul, affectionately known as “the old man”, who purchased the property as a Christmas tree farm before transitioning it into a working orchard and family ranch. His vision laid the foundation for everything Pine-O-Mine is today: a place built around agriculture, hard work, and bringing people together on the land.
From an early age, the next generation grew up on the ranch, learning the rhythms of the seasons, from planting and harvest to the care and upkeep it takes to sustain a working farm year after year. Those early lessons shaped a deep respect for the land and a commitment to continuing the family legacy.

Today, Dillon leads the day-to-day operations of the ranch, carrying forward the hands-on traditions passed down through generations. Alongside him, Austin continues to support and contribute to the vision of keeping Pine-O-Mine rooted in family while expanding its role as a gathering place for the Apple Hill community.

Together, they continue what Paul started, evolving the ranch while staying true to its original purpose.

What once began as a Christmas tree farm has grown into a seasonal destination known for apple picking, pumpkin patches, live music, rotating food trucks, and a welcoming outdoor space where families and friends can gather.
